If you opt for payroll, we will take up employment as an employer. You remain responsible for, among other things, hiring staff, determining salaries, performance appraisals and all other internal matters that are part of being an employer. And: nothing changes in the workplace either. FLEXible Payrolling takes over the legal employership and the associated labor risks and liabilities. In this way we combine our strengths and we both do what we are good at!
FLEXible Payrolling consciously does not work with long-term contracts. Employers can cancel their agreement with us at any time, without having to pay a penalty. We think that's fair.
